Contact Support
Go to kyatm12's Live Chat and say "I want to request Self-Exclusion" — this is available at any time.
Choose a duration
You can choose 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or longer. Support will help you decide before you confirm.
Account access blocked
Once the process is complete, kyatm12 will block access to your account for the chosen duration. It cannot be reopened before the period ends.
Reactivation after the period ends
If you want to return after your Self-Exclusion period ends, contact Support again and go through a review process. Access will not be restored immediately.
You can request a deposit limit through Support in the following way.
- Go to Live Chat and say "I want to set a deposit limit"
- Choose a daily / weekly / monthly amount and contact Support
- Support will confirm your request and apply it right away
- If you request to increase the limit, a 24-hour review period applies
- Reducing the limit is not done instantly — this is to protect the player
The minimum deposit is 5,000 Ks and the minimum withdrawal is 10,000 Ks. Setting a limit lets you control both.
How to use Time-Out
During an active Time-Out, you will not be able to play any games on kyatm12. Taking a short break once every 24 hours and then returning to play is a healthy way to game.
Contact Support to set a Time-Out and tell them how long you want. Access will not be restored before the period is up.
